SportsYardTV is proud to announce that Karolyn Castro has joined our leadership team as Head of Business & Operations. With over a decade of experience in payments, and financial operations, Karolyn brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to help scale the SportsYardTV ecosystem.


A Proven Track Record in Operations & Risk Management

Karolyn has built an impressive career across major institutions in both banking and gaming. Most recently, she served as a Payments and Fraud Analyst at Caesars Sportsbook & Casino, where she focused on online gaming operations, fraud detection, and securing payment processes in one of the most competitive industries in the world.

Her professional journey also includes leadership roles in the financial sector—serving as a Banker and Branch Operations Manager in the New York City area—as well as time with New York Life Insurance Company. Throughout her career, Karolyn has developed a reputation for operational excellence, strategic thinking, and a sharp eye for process optimization.
